The following is my bucket list now that I have obtained this 2020 Chateau 24BL Class C motorhome.
Travel the country: Down the coast, through the mountains, and across the prairies. From coast to coast to coast, my V6 turbo charged engine will roar from campsite to campsite. And when I’m homesick, I can sit under the awning and enjoy my shows on the exterior TV (not tested).
Spend as much time with the family: My nieces and nephews can come any time they want. My slide-out queen bed in the rear is mine, but they’re more than welcome to huff it on the loft bunk above the cab or turn the booth dinette into their sleepy oasis. I’ve got a massive closet so there’s no need to worry about whether or not they’ll have enough clothes.
Learn a new recipe: Preferably with ingredients in the fridge procured along my travels. With plenty of space to slice and dice on the extendible countertops before tossing it all on the 3-burner stove, and finding my new favourite dish. I’m just not looking forward to cleaning in the sink—that’s what nieces and nephews are for, right?
Rest: Whether it’s a steaming shower in the rear bathroom or kicking back by the fire, I’ll be happy. After all, isn’t that what you should be doing in your Golden Years?
