Popular hits (from 20 years ago) hum through the speakers as Mark does the dishes in the dual sink and Sara lounges on the couch working on her scarf, the same one she’s been working on for two years. The theatre seats tempt Mark, though his deep yawns get the better of him and the pair head to bed, the queen bed adjusted to prop their feet in the air for a better night’s sleep. Sara, slowly drifting off, listens to her husband’s soft breathing and closes her eyes.
