| Fees and Payments: I understand that my membership is subject to an initial payment, as well as ongoing periodic payments as detailed in the Subscription information. I agree to adhere to the payment schedule and any changes to fees as notified. |
| Duration, Automatic Renewal, and Termination: I acknowledge that my membership will commence on the date of this acknowledgment and will continue for a term of 12 months or 1 month based on the subscription model chosen by my party. My membership will automatically renew for additional 12-month (or 1-month) periods unless I provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the current term. I understand that I am responsible for any fees incurred up to the effective termination date if I choose to cancel my membership. After termination of my subscription, I understand that it does not imply removal of consent of contact with a service representative should I be in current/active communication or for future enquiries. |
| Refund Policy: I am aware that the membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. |
| Membership Vehicle Limit: I understand that membership benefits are limited to one (1) recreational vehicle (RV) per active membership. Additional RVs must be registered under separate memberships. Benefits are non-transferable between vehicles. Membership not transferable. |
| Data Collection and Use: I consent to the collection and use of my personal information as described in No Bull RV Sales™ Privacy Policy. This information may be used for administrative purposes and to communicate with me. It also means I’ll receive email updates and information about the Camp Ready Club™ as well as other newsletter communications including updates, promotions, and blog content. I understand that I may unsubscribe from the additional newsletter communications though I will still receive communication pertaining to the Camp Ready Club™ for the duration of my membership subscription. |
| Changes to Terms: I understand that No Bull RV Sales™ reserves the right to modify its membership terms and conditions, and I will be notified of any such changes. Continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. |
