For a 10-foot garage, you not only have a ramp for easy loading, but a secondary entrance as well to keep things simple. An overhead power queen bunk can come down at night, and you can also transform the two benches into a second bed. Lit by a huge window on one side and a smaller one on the other, you can easily make this garage another bedroom if you don’t need to take your quad along.
A sliding glass door separates the garage (to avoid any mechanical smells) and opens into a spacious living area and kitchen. Get your grub on with a big oven, 3 stove burners (you may need a lighter because the spark ignitor is broken), and an 8 cu-ft fridge. There’s a microwave overhead along with lots of cabinets, and you have a wide spread of counter area, not including the molded covers for the undermount sink, or the flip-up extension beside it. Lots of practical storage can be found under the counter, for example: hidden drawers under the sink, as well as a pull-out pantry by the fridge so it’s easier to stay organized!
Across from the kitchen is a wide slide for the 3-seater sofa. There’s the option to install a pedestal table in front so you can use it as a dinette, or just lounge in front of the TV mounted over the entrance. A tall cupboard is beside the sofa for extra storage, great for books, blankets, or hiking gear.
Up the front hall are the entrances to the bath and bedroom. The spacious bathroom has a glass, neo-angle shower with a floor to ceiling set of shelves between it and the corner vanity, and a foot-flush toilet on the other side. And, there are two skylights, one for the shower and one for the sink, perfectly placed so the medicine cabinet won’t block the light.
Finally, the bedroom has a queen in the front cap with closets on either side and overhead cupboards. There are attractive matching end tables and personal reading lights as well, with a large storage space under the mattress. But the best part is the wardrobe slide with a clothes rail on one side and shelves on the other. Stay comfy and never worry about losing your lucky socks again!
