What Do We Do With Your Information?
No Bull RV uses submitted information (such as your name, phone number, and email) to contact you regarding updates, services, promotions, and blog content. We will provide the option to unsubscribe from these emails and other methods of communication at any time.
Consent
How Do You Get My Consent?
(i) Your submission of your information to us, either digitally or in-person, implies your consent to its use for updates and communication as well as marketing materials, including but not limited to, blog content, promotions, and services.
(ii) The submission of your information for use of questions about available units, conversations with sales representatives, or consignment information, does not imply your consent to the receival of marketing materials as stated in section (i).
How Do I Withdraw My Consent?
(iii) If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you at any time by contacting us with the form at the end of this page or through a link available at the end of emailed newsletters. This withdrawal of consent would become null should you ever submit your information again.
(iv) Opting out of marketing or promotional materials such as our newsletter or blog updates, will not imply the removal of consent of contact with a service representative should you be in current/active communication, or future enquiries.
(v) Removal of consent of communication with a sales representative is only implied by the dissolution/termination of the consignment/purchasing relationship between You and Us, as represented by our sales team and support staff.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
GoDaddy and Hotjar
Our site is currently hosted on GoDaddy Inc. They provide us with an online platform that allows us to communicate our services and inventory to you. Data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
We use Hotjar to track website usage to better improve website design and format. Website interactions (eg. where you click, scroll your mouse, move in between pages) are tracked; IP/MAC addresses are not tracked.

Third-Party Services
In general, any third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, or disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for us. However, other third-party providers may have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide them.
Certain providers may be located in, or have facilities, that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
