What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate a tractor to safely move 5th wheels and travel trailers around the lot.
· Drive motorhomes of all shapes and sizes with precision and care.
· Intake Assessments on RVs, 5th wheel, travel trailer and motorhome.
· Pick up parts and supplies to keep operations running efficiently.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Support the team with additional shop and yard tasks as needed.
· Equipment Maintenance: Maintain various pieces of equipment, including tractors, machinery, lawnmowers, and golf carts, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
· Have experience operating a tractor or similar equipment (or are eager to learn!).
· Feel confident driving RVs, trailers, and motorhomes of various sizes.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in RV operations are highly preferred.
· Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Are a self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
· Stay organized, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
