6 Easy-to-Pack Outdoor Games!
These games won’t take up a lot of storage space and make for great outdoor activity options for all ages to enjoy!
Nerf Lazer Tag Phoenix LTX Tagger
Nerf Guns, one of the greatest creations ever, up there with Monopoly for creating and destroying family bonds. (And about 40% of the reason millennials have anxiety). With these you won’t be losing darts, they register shots gun to gun, so you can play laser tag in the woods!
Capture the Flag
A classic game to play in a group when you have a good amount of space. All you really need are two different colored “flags,” or really, just something light and easy to carry! A couple options could be: different colored kitchen towels, sand shovels or small buckets, or even t-shirts!
Bowls
No we don’t mean lawn bowling, although that’s another fun game to pack. But bowls is a strategic sport where your goal is to roll your ‘bowls’ closer to the target than your opponents.
Outdoor Bowling
Now this is the Fred Flinstone we’re talking about. Grab a set of lightweight bowling pins (or use soda bottles with a bit of water at the bottom to weigh them down). You know the goal, roll the ball, knock down the pins.
Cornhole
Set up teams across from each other, each with a board. Make underhand pitches to get your bag towards the opposite board. This game is best played with a cold beer in hand.
Spikeball
Play 2 vs 2, the point of this game is to rally the ball between teams. Each team can hit the ball three times (bump, spike set – as the official Spikeball site explains) to return the ball back to the net to bounce to the other team. Continue until a team can’t return the ball to the net within three touches. Points are gained when the opposing team hits the rim, ground, or the ball bounces on the net more than once.
