Snickers Baked Oats Breakfast Bowl

This easy breakfast option brings dessert to a warm and (semi) healthy meal!


  • Measuring cups/spoons
  • Microwave safe bowl
  • Blender


  • ¾ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 150 ml milk (about ⅔ cup)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips (lots)


  1. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a blender (a nutribullet or other single serving blender is great for this) and blend until mostly smooth, you will still see oat pieces.


  2. Pour into a microwave safe mug or bowl, leaving a bit of room at the top for it to rise while cooking and stir in some chocolate chips


  3. Microwave uncovered for 2-3 minutes
  4. Top with more peanut butter and chocolate chips to serve (be careful, it will be hot)!
