Made by Winnebago, this 2008 Itasca Sunstar 32K is a Class A for family trips. Enough space to be “Miller Family” approved, you can get down to Mexico and back, hopefully with fewer mishaps (and if you don’t get that joke, please watch ‘We’re the Millers’ and get back to me).
Single entry, you’ve got the driver and passenger seats up front, with the convertible sofa and U-dinette hosting more safety belts for the kids. This classic model has overhead cupboards all around, and includes a mounted TV to make long hauls less stressful.
Mid-cabin the kitchen is split between cooking and storage, with the 3-burner stove, oven, and convection microwave to one side, and the 6 cu-ft fridge and pantry to the other. Your prep area includes a double-basin sink with covers, and a flip-up counter extension (just be mindful of any suspicious fruit baskets…again, please watch that movie).
The bathroom and sleeping areas are in the back, with two single bunks that include personal privacy curtains, shelves, and each with their own DVD player (please note: we can’t guarantee these guys still work). Across from the bunks, the bathroom (with a solid door, no worries there) has a large sliding glass-door shower, toilet, and lots of storage. There’s a mirrored medicine cabinet, and the vanity extends with more space under the counter for easy access when you need it.
And parents don’t worry about how close the bunks are to the master bedroom, there’s a pocket door for privacy! The master bedroom is kitted out with a queen bed and a massive wardrobe. Along with hanging space and drawers for organization, there’s also a vanity and a mounted TV to make this a secluded haven.
This rig runs on a Gas, Ford Triton V10 engine, and has a brand-new windshield!
We will let you know that there was some damage from an unfortunate incident with a pole. The story goes like this: when turning a corner the back wall was caught by the corner trim and pulled out of position, it has since been rebuilt and put back in place with a new bumper for good measure. Of course, if that or anything else doesn’t work for you, no worries. We have plenty of other units for you to check out!
