This 2015 Grand Design Momentum 350M has all the room you want in a toy hauler while still giving you plenty of residential space – and it’s still under 40-feet. How does that work? Let’s get into it.
With an 11’ garage you have room for all your gear, or if you just want a bit of extra party space it works too. The ramp door can be set up as a deck and there’s a pair of benches facing each other that convert into a queen bed when necessary, with a second electric queen bunk overhead; and there’s a removable table too. It’s also got a half bath with a toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet so you don’t have to troop through the whole trailer.
A traditional door divides the garage from the living area, and right above that door is a loft with an oversized twin bed. You can also use it for more storage. A big horseshoe shaped kitchen gives you lots of counter space, along with an undermounted sink with molded covers for good measure. A microcosm of a residential set-up, you’ve got an 18 cu-ft fridge, 3-burner stove, 21” oven, and the all important microwave with lots of storage throughout. And it’s in one of the two slides mid-cabin, the opposing one carrying the recliner sofa to enjoy the entertainment center with its TV and fireplace. But don’t worry, there’s a free-standing table available to use this space as a dinette if you want (or take outside).
Passing more storage in a large closet by the entrance, upstairs is the master bed and full bath. A big sliding door shower takes up most of the bath, but leaves plenty of room for the toilet and vanity with its additional cabinets. There’s more room in the mirrored medicine cabinet and linen cupboard above the toilet for the rest of your toiletries and towels.
Finally, the island queen is in the front cap of the trailer, with overhead cupboards and matching nightstands. There’s plenty of storage under the bed, but the real gem is the wardrobe slide with lots of hanging space and drawers to make organization a sinch.
