This is a Seriously Deluxe Rig
There’s no messing around when it comes to this rig so I hope you’re not the casual, only pack what fits in a backpack, kinda person. A 2012 Redwood 36RE this one has some serious show stopping features. If you like living the high life, and prefer to park and stay in one location for the foreseeable future this might be the one for you.
With a massive open rear living and dining space, you enter and are greeted by the island kitchen in front of you and a big closet adjacent to the entry. So, shuck you coat and shoes and take a gander. The kitchen brings out the best of this rig; lots of counter space with a double-basin sink in the island that includes molded covers, tons of storage with a 12 cu-ft fridge, cupboards in the island, and a floor to ceiling pantry with pull out shelf-drawers. But we don’t stop there, the 3-burner stove top also has a counter cover, a convection microwave above it, and there’s a dishwasher in the island!
That rear living room area has more storage with overhead cupboards and an entertainment center that includes a fireplace, DVD player, and mounted TV to free up counter room for whatever you want – whether that’s family photos or trip memorabilia. A set of armchairs sit in the camp side slide with the free-standing dinette, while the sofa with its matching ottoman is by the kitchen.
We still have the other half of this almost 40-foot rig to cover, so heading up the stairs you’ve got another slide that stretches down the hall with a closet that hides the separate washer and dryer units, opposite the bathroom. That has a nice neo-angle glass shower, toilet, and vanity, as well as a mirrored medicine cabinet and tall linen cupboard for more storage.
Finally, the crown of this rig is the master bedroom with more storage than you can shake a stick at (be careful to remember where you store everything). With the queen bed in the slide you get easy access to the long dresser and overhead cupboards opposite, as well as the drawers under the bed. And yeah, if that’s not enough there’s a walk-in (and I do mean walk-in, you can fit a couple people in there easy) closet in the front cap. It’s got shelves, hanging space and pocket doors to close it off, because it just looks nicer that way.
