Battle nature in style and win, this Class A 2008 Yellowstone 8367 has already proven it’s the reigning champ! Two slides in the living area and one in the bedroom give you extra space when you’re all set up, making this coach not only king of the road, but king of camp as well.
I dare you to go all out and really tackle a Canadian road trip. With a gas, Triton V10 engine, keep driving days easy and smooth as butter (well, unless you’re driving through Saskatchewan, you’d think the highways would be more even with how flat the whole province is). But even with that you’ve got plenty of cushy travel options, whether it’s the front driver and passenger seats, convertible 3-seater, or even the rear queen (although legally, we can’t recommend you travel unbuckled at any time because that is very illegal).
But with that, whether at camp or on the never-ending pavement of the Trans-Canada highway (well, until you hit St. John’s) you need fuel, to stay alert and not cause any traffic accidents (and fend off bears). There is so much storage in the kitchen it feels like a dream. Nevermore will you have to go hunting for that last tube of barbecue Pringles only to remember they’re in the outside storage, or have your iced-coffee melt in the summer sun – finally, there is pantry space for not only goodies but actual meals as well. A 10 cu-ft fridge gives you lots of grocery space so camp meals aren’t relegated to a hot dog on a stick, leftovers can be reheated in the convection microwave, and of course you need a 3-burner stove-top, because that’s just good sense.
And we’ve already touched on the rear bedroom where you definitely shouldn’t sleep while driving because it’s dangerous. But there’s a huge wardrobe as well. It may seem obvious to you and me, but sometimes a bed slide is not taken advantage of and the opposite wall isn’t covered in closets and drawers. I know, I’m as horrified as you are (and there’s also a washer/dryer unit already installed too).
But we finish this RV off with the pass-through bathroom where you’ve got a pocket door beside the pantry and swing door to the bedroom (just to mix things up). A water closet privatizes the toilet across from the vanity and corner, glass radius shower. And yes, there is a magazine rack in the water closet because, well y’know.
So, finally wondering why I mentioned facing off with a bear earlier? Thought I was kidding – nope. There was a bear incident on the passenger side up front that was repaired for just over $10,000 (yeesh, but hey the Yellowstone is still here and the bear…err, unknown).
Of course, if that doesn’t work for you no worries! You can check out the rest of the RVs we have to find your fit.
This unit also comes with ducted A/C, DSI water heater (10-gal), auto leveling, power awning, tinted thermal pane windows, gas generator (5500W/373.7h), inverter, back-up camera w/ monitor, heated tanks, central vacuum, washer/dryer unit, 2 Fantastic fans, roof ladder, aluminum wheels, exterior shower, full body paint, and new tires.
